QuickCheck gives you an immediate indication if the field site, copse site or indoor accommodation centre you are looking to use is available.
Once you have used Quickcheck follow these simple steps:
1 - e-mail us to confirm availability and make a provisional booking

2 - complete a an overnight booking form or a day visitor booking form
3 - send us your booking form along with the appropriate deposit.

pending bookings may not show on QuickCheck - we will confirm availability when you contact us
all bookings during the school summer holidays are 2pm (or after) on the day of arrival to 11am (or earlier) on the day of departure
only seven day bookings will usually be accepted during the summer holidays (Saturday to Saturday)
provisional bookings are held for fourteen days pending receipt of your completed booking form and deposit
please provide a stamped addressed envelope if you would like written confirmation of your booking
you are welcome to e-mail details of your on-site activity requirements and we will make all the arrangements for you
