Our Summer activities are 90 minute sessions, bookable in the following time slots:

Morning Sessions

09:15-10:45 & 11:00-12:30

Afternoon Sessions

13:30-15:00 & 15:15-16:45

Evening Sessions

17:45-19:15 & 19:30-21:00

Our group sizes are still 12 participants per activity, if you are a larger group multiple activities can be booked during each time slot. 

Exceptions

Slots will not be available to book on Saturdays, our changeover day, or during our events (see details below).

Slots are available on a first come first serve basis and are available to book already. Further details of all of our activities on offer are on our website, please email us to book (quoting your invoice number) or talk to one of our operations team about planning your programme (we love to help!). 

Deadline

The deadline to book your summer camp on site activities is Friday 9th July 2027.

During our summer season this year our team will be hosting several events each week to be a part of your camp programme.

Summer Games Morning 

Every Sunday morning throughout summer - 09:15 - 12:30 (or part there of) 

To take the strain after a busy travel and set up day the day before, we are offering a fun and games session run by our instructors for all campers on Sunday Mornings. For a small fee of £20 per group to participate.

Activity TBD

 Every Tuesday evening throughout summer - 19:30 - 21:00

Keeping you entertained throughout your stay, our third event is to be determined, keep an eye out for further summer information and updates.

Whole Site Campfire

Every Thursday evening throughout summer - 19:30 - 21:00

The bookend to your amazing summer camp, we would like to invite you to come along to our whole site campfire. Hosted by our team but songs led by you are heavily encouraged as well. Once again this is absolutely FREE for you to participate. 

After receiving so many requests last year, in 2027 we will be offering ‘Butchers Coppice Summer 2027’ T-shirts. The front has our logo with ‘Summer Camp 2027@ and the text within the BIG 27 on the back will contain all the names of the groups staying with us during the summer, including yours!

T-shirts are £15 

If you would like to order for your group please complete the order form below and we will have them ready for you upon arrival and the cost added to your invoice. Your deadline for pre-orders is the 30th June 2027.
