how do I check availability and book my activity party?
contact us - let us know what you would like and when, including start and end times for each individual activity
what activity party choices are available?
you can choose from archery, air rifle shooting, climbing or crate stacking parties
you can also add the agility trail, adventure playground, trampolines, the games room and BBQ
which age ranges are your activity parties designed for?
archery and air rifle shooting parties are available to young people aged 8 years or above
climbing and crate stacking have no specific age requirements, however, minimum and maximum weight and waist sizes apply and there is a minimum height requirement
the trampolines are available to young people aged 6 years or above
the agility trail is available to young people aged between 6 years and 15 years
the adventure playground is available to young people aged under 12 years
how many people can take part in an activity party?
archery, air rifle shooting and climbing parties can take up to twelve participants in a one hour session
crate stacking parties can take up to six participants in a one hour session
are there any age restrictions?
archery and air rifle shooting parties are available to young people aged 8 years or above
climbing and crate stacking have no specific age requirements, however, minimum and maximum weight and waist sizes apply and there is a minimum height requirement
the trampolines are available to young people aged 6 years or above

are there any other restrictions?
climbing and crate stacking participants must be at least 1.1 metres tall and weigh at least 5 stone (70lb/32kg) and less than 17 stone (238lb/108kg) with a waist size of at least 40cm (16inch) and less than 125cm (49 inch)
what's included with an activity party?
archery, air rifle shooting, climbing and crate stacking parties include activity equipment and one instructor to lead the session
do I need to supply adult supervision?
yes - at least one responsible adult must be at each activity at all times to supervise your group
can we also use the agility trail, adventure playground or trampolines?
yes - you can add the outdoor play activities to your party booking - like all activities, we recommend that these facilities are be pre-booked - you can book outdoor play facilities for up to two hours
can we have an indoor room with tables and chairs to serve food?
yes - you can add the games room, which includes tables and chairs - we recommend that these facilities are be pre-booked
the games room includes tables and chairs to seat approximately 20 visitors
can we have a BBQ?
yes - you can add the BBQ
you need to bring charcoal and BBQ tools with you
do you supply any food or refreshments?
we do not supply any party food, however, you are welcome to bring your own food or most major supermarkets can supply party food, which can be delivered to the site or why not order a takeaway!
your guests may like to bring money for tuck shop - we sell hot and cold drinks, sweets, chocolate, ice creams and souvenirs
how do I get a booking form?
please complete and return a non-camping booking form with full payment - provisional bookings are held for 14 days pending receipt of your completed booking form and full payment
what do we do on the day?
ask your guests to arrive approximately 15 minutes before your activity party is due to start
visitors should park in Holloway Avenue and report to reception via the Holloway Avenue entrance to the site
instructor-led activity sessions will start promptly at the pre-agreed time - for safety reasons latecomers may not be able to participate in activity sessions if they miss all or part of the pre-activity safety briefing - we cannot delay the start of your activities as there may be a group booked in after your session
you need to arrange for at least one adult to supervise each indvidual activity, including instructor-led activities, and each of the individual outdoor play facilities
do we need to bring or wear anything special?
if you are taking part in archery, climbing or crate stacking please ensure that you are wearing closed footwear - no flip-flops or open-toed footwear is allowed - please also remove any watches or jewellery from your arms and ensure any loose upper clothing is tucked in and long hair is tied back
we recommend that your group wear outdoor activity clothing, suitable for the weather conditions
your guests may like to bring money for tuck shop - we sell hot and cold drinks, sweets, chocolate, ice creams and souvenirs

what happens if it rains?
archery and air rifle shooting parties usually go ahead regardless of the weather conditions
climbing and crate stacking parties can only take place in dry weather
the trampolines, agility trail and adventure playground can only be used in dry weather during daylight hours
in the event of poor weather we may cancel your party if we do not believe that it is safe to proceed - in this situation we will either give you a full refund or we will reschedule your party for another time and date, convenient to you, subject to availability
