party food

We would be happy to provide an area for you to have a picnic or BBQ before or after your party at no additional cost, however, we do not supply BBQ's.

If you prefer to be indoors, the games room can be used to serve and eat your party food - tables and chairs are included to seat approximately 20 guests.

You will not be able to access the games room until your chosen start time and need to vacate by your chosen end time - you are welcome to extend your booking if you feel that you need more time, for example, to set up or pack away. The games room is £15 per hour and can be booked in half hour slots if necessary.

We do not provide any party food, cutlery, crockery, utensils or cooking facilities except cold water - you will need to bring everything you need with you. Most large supermarkets will provide party food packages.

Hot and cold drinks, chocolate, sweets, ice creams and souvenirs are on-sale in our shop, which will usually be open during your stay.

All areas of the site must be left clean and litter free. Cleaning materials and bin bags are available from reception.

important points to note...

Volunteer instructors will be arranged in the weeks leading up to your birthday party. As we have no paid staff we cannot guarantee instructor availability so it may be necessary for us to arrange an alternative activity at short notice. We will do our best to accommodate your requests but reserve the right to offer an alternative if necessary.

Activities are usually available in the evenings and at weekends - all activities and facilities must be pre-booked.

On the day of your party please ask your guests to arrive at least 15 minutes before your first activity. Latecomers will not be able to take part in instructor-led activities.

Please park in Holloway Avenue and enter the site via the Holloway Avenue entrance - there is no parking for day visitors inside the site.

Do you need directions to the site?

All bookings are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse admission to any individual, family or group and to curtail any use, without giving a reason. Activity bookings may be cancelled due to adverse weather conditions or for other safety reasons.

You must arrange for a responsible adult to closely supervise all members of the group at all times - you will need one responsible adult for each activity if you book multiple activities or facilities. You are responsible for checking outdoor play facilities prior to use to ensure that they are safe and reporting any damage or defects to staff immediately.

Smoking, eating and drinking are not permitted in any activity areas. Smoking and the consumption of alcohol is not allowed anywhere on the site.

Please ask your guests to wear outdoor clothing suitable for the activity and weather conditions.
