are you looking for a low-cost solution - somewhere to bring your people together?

somewhere to meet... somewhere to celebrate... a training venue... whether it's a regular meeting, an AGM, a one-off event or a celebration, we have two large halls complete with tables, chairs, benches and fully equipped kitchens - perfect, whatever the occasion, without the hotel price tag.... nice weather? why not use the shack - our outdoor covered classroom!

Butchers Coppice is situated in north-west Bournemouth with easy access by road, rail or air... just off the A348 between Ferndown and Poole... get directions

hall hire:

£25 for up to four hours - morning, afternoon or evening sessions available

our halls are only available for hire during the week in term time

 

refreshments:

we can supply teas, coffees, soft drinks, ice creams, biscuits or snacks - just ask!

 

BBQ area:

£20 for up to 4 hours

morning, afternoon or evening sessions

you need to bring your own food and cooking equipment

 

adventurous activities (per group of 12):

archery - £40 per one hour session

air rifle shooting - £40 per one hour session

auto-belay rock climbing - £40 per one hour session

traditional climbing - £100 per two hour session

abseiling - £100 per two hour session

traditional climbing and abseiling (combined) - £130 per two hour session

high ropes (the Gladiator Challenge, the High All-Aboard, the High See-Saw, Jacobs Ladder, the Leap of Faith and crate stacking) :

£80 for one high ropes element (2 hour session)

£160 for three high ropes elements (half day session - four hours)

£320 for all six high ropes elements (full day session - eight hours)

all activity sessions start at two hours with the exception of air rifle shooting, archery and auto-belay rock climbing

all activities subject to instructor availability

weight and height restrictions apply to some activities

adventurous activities, by their very nature, can be dangerous - whilst all reasonable care is taken to keep participants safe from harm there is a risk of injury

all participants must sign this acceptance of risk - please bring this form with you on the day
